This private dining event space offers a bright and private area perfect for rehearsal dinners, corporate luncheons or weekly business meetings. There is amble seating for up to 40 guests.

MCKENZIE ROOM – 400 square feet
This event space offers a semi-private space which is great for small parties of up to 15 guests; the perfect location for social gatherings including birthday and retirement parties.

OREGON ROOM - 850 square feet
This event spaces is located within the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites adjacent to the Boulevard Grill. This room is well appointed with a wet-bar area perfect for water or coffee service, large permanent screen, high-speed Internet access and dimmable lights perfect for presentations.

This private event space is located above the Boulevard Grill. The space has six large windows that provide ample natural light and high-speed Internet access for business or social presentations. This space is great for corporate or social functions.

MAPLE BALLROOM – 3250 square feet
This private event space is located above the Boulevard Grill. This space is our largest and most impressive. Perfect for large social gatherings such as reunions and wedding receptions. The ballroom features a 900 square foot parquet dance floor and four large windows facing the east hills of Eugene. This room can also be broken down into four smaller spaces that are great for breakout meetings.
