This private event space is located above the Boulevard Grill. This space is our largest and most impressive. Perfect for large social gatherings such as reunions and wedding receptions. The ballroom features a 900 square foot parquet dance floor and four large windows facing the east hills of Eugene. This room can also be broken down into four smaller spaces that are great for breakout meetings.

If $1500.00 is purchased in food and beverage from the Boulevard Grill the room rental fee is waived.

WEEKEND (Friday-Sunday) ROOM RENTAL FEE: $1000.00

If $2500.00 is purchased in food and beverage from the Boulevard Grill the room rental fee is waived.
